Special Announcement Regarding Estimated Shipping Times for Special Orders and Back Orders
Obtaining U.S. Customs clearance for Nill shipments has gone from taking 2-3 days in past years to now typically taking 2 weeks or more. Customs clearance delays are beyond our control and we are changing the estimated shipping time for special orders and back orders from 3-6 weeks to 4-8 weeks. (May 1, 2018)
Special Announcement Regarding Returns and Order Cancellations
- All returns for refund or exchange will be subject to a 10% restocking fee unless the return is a result of our mistake.
- All orders cancelled at customer request prior to shipping will be subject to a 6% Cancellation Fee to cover our credit card processing fees. If shipment cannot be made within the 8 week estimate, cancellation fees will be waived.
December 24, 2020
The December shipment from Nill has arrived. All special orders and backorders from this shipment will ship to customers by Tuesday 12/29. (This shipment contains special orders and backorders placed between 11/24/20 and 12/18/20)December 2, 2020
The October-November shipment from Nill has arrived. All special orders and backorders from this shipment will ship to customers by Friday 12/4. (This shipment contains special orders and backorders placed between 10/1/20 and 11/23/20)
November 24, 2020
Nill has informed us that due to the current COVID-19 situation in Germany, our October order is not projected to leave Germany until Nov. 27th. Accordingly, we are extending the cutoff date for special orders to be included on this shipment through today, Tuesday Nov. 24th. They explained that they have only had a minimal number of employees working at the factory during the last several weeks. If the shipment leaves Germany on the 27th, we would estimate getting delivery by December 11th. We apologize for the delay but these are indeed difficult times.

The September shipment from Nill has arrived. All special orders and backorders from this shipment will ship to customers by Friday 10/23. (This shipment contains special orders and backorders placed between 8/31/20 and 9/30/20)

We just received notice that the October shipment from Nill has been cleared by U.S. Customs. We should receive delivery tomorrow or Thursday.
